"Let's Talk about the D-Word" - A conversation most people avoid.

"Let's Talk about the D- Word" is a guided, thoughtful workshop designed to open the door to conversations about death, dying and preparation in a way that feels collaborative, approachable and deeply human.

Together, we'll gently explore:

-Why we avoid talking about death

-What can happen when we don't prepare

-How to begin meaningful conversations with loved ones

-The role of support, planning and presence at end of life

This isn't about having all the answers. It's about creating space to ask the questions.

What people experience:

-Greater comfort talking about death and dying

-Less fear of what lies ahead

-More confidence in supporting loved ones

-Relieved to have started the conversation

Why it Matters

Death is one of life's few certainties, yet it's one of the conversations we avoid the most.

When we create space to talk openly and honestly, we often discover:

-Greater peace

-Stronger family and community connections

-More confidence in making difficult decisions

-Comfort in knowing the wishes of the dying person are discussed and respected.
